I Help People Build an Online Business That Works
You've taken the courses. Bought the tools. Started over more times than you want to admit.
And you're still here. Looking for the thing that actually works.
That's not a failure, by the way. That's a pattern. And patterns can be fixed once you see them.
I know because I've been where you are.
Over a decade in the "make money online" space. About $50,000 spent on courses, tools, systems, coaching, memberships. You name it, I bought it. Probably twice.
Most of it wasn't bad advice. That's the frustrating part. It just never quite worked the way it was supposed to. And every time something didn't work, I figured the problem was me not finding the right thing yet. So I'd go find the next right thing.
(Sound familiar?)
Turns out the "right thing" wasn't another course. It was understanding why I kept starting over instead of finishing what I'd already started.
I used to be a psychotherapist. Now I do the same thing, just with funnels and email lists instead of couches.
What I Actually Do
First, I need to know what you've been working on, what you've tried, and where things went sideways.
I look at the whole picture. Not just what you're building, but how you're building it. What you keep going back to. What you keep avoiding. (The stuff you're avoiding is usually where the answer is, by the way.)
Then we put together a plan. Something simple enough that you can actually follow it. Something focused enough that you're not juggling six ideas at once.
From there, we work together. I'm in it with you. Brainstorming ideas. Looking at what you've built. Telling you when something doesn't make sense. Suggesting directions you might not have considered. Asking questions that help you figure out what you actually want this thing to be.
This is a partnership. You're not just getting a plan and a pat on the back.
You're building YOUR business. Something that fits who you are, not a cookie-cutter system built around someone else's success.
Who This Is For
You've got an idea. Maybe you've already built something. Maybe you even made some sales. But it didn't keep going and you don't really know why. You did what they said to do. You followed the steps. And it either didn't work at all, or it kind of worked for a minute and then just... stopped.
Now you're sitting there wondering what you're missing. What the secret is that everyone else seems to know.
You're not brand new to this. You've been around the block. You just haven't gotten where you thought you'd be by now, and you're tired of guessing at what's wrong.
What It Costs
Two options.
6 Months: $697
Look, committing to a year with someone you've never worked with is a lot. Especially when you've spent money on stuff before and it didn't pan out. Six months is enough time to do real work and see if this is the right thing for you.
Two-pay option: $397 x 2 (30 days apart)
12 Months: $997
Better deal. More time. Twelve months is where this really works best because you're not rushing. You've got room to figure things out, adjust, mess up a little, and keep going without feeling like the clock is running out.
Two-pay option: $547 x 2 (30 days apart)
Here's what I think is actually going on with most people who are stuck.
You bought a course from someone who was really good at selling courses. You did what they told you. It didn't work. So you figured you must have missed something. You bought another course. Did what that person said. It didn't work either.
After a few rounds of this, you start thinking there must be a secret. Some piece of the puzzle that the successful people have and you don't. Something they're not telling you.
There isn't.
There's no secret. There's no missing piece. There's just a bunch of stuff that sort of works, a lot of stuff that doesn't, and the tricky part is figuring out which is which for YOUR situation. Not someone else's success story. Yours.
That's what I help with.
Got questions?
Send me an email: kevin @ pyragonics.com
Email. That's the whole thing.
No calls. No Zoom. No community. No group chats. No scheduled sessions.
And there's a real reason for that.
Think about every coaching call you've ever been on. You spend 45 minutes talking, you hang up, and by the next morning you can barely remember half of what was said. You scribble notes during the call but they never quite capture it. And then two weeks later when you actually need that one thing your coach said, it's gone.
With email, everything is in writing. Every idea, every suggestion, every piece of feedback. It's there today. It's there tomorrow. It's there next month. You can go back and reread it as many times as you want. You're not trying to remember what I said. You have exactly what I said, word for word.
No rushing through a 45 minute window trying to squeeze everything in. No "oh crap, I forgot to ask about that." You think of something on a Tuesday night at 11pm, you send it. I reply the next day. Nothing gets lost.
You email me when you need to. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Usually faster. Weekends I'm slower because, you know, life.
There's no limit on how many emails you send. This isn't a "three questions a month" deal. You have something to ask, you ask it.
(Plus nobody has to get dressed. But please... get dressed anyway.)
How this works...
